Once in the Miami airport, after you pick up your luggage, please go to the nearest exit (on the second floor) and look out for the number of the door in the outside part of it. Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge. Delivery service outside normal business hours is available only by previous request and for an extra charge of 35 USD. ln addition to all other documents, to use the out-of-hours delivery service, the renter must provide the following document(s): flight information

Minimum rental age is 21 years. A young driver fee of 12.95 USD per day applies to drivers under the age of 25. Maximum rental age is 75 years. The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit. The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

One-way rentals and cross-border travel are not allowed. Vehicles can only be driven within the state.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Toll pass / E-tolldevice, GPS Navigation system, Wi-Fí. Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed. There is a charge of 4.99 USD per day per driver. When picking up the vehicle, alldrivers must be present and must provide valid documentation. Underage . additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.

The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied:Toll pass / E-toll device. Prepay tolls are available for 11.99 USD per day. E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 6.99 USD per day. Personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period. lf the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 29.99 USD for each toll used will apply. lf the customer removes Sunpass from the car, an additional penalty of 500 USD will apply.

- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) & Third Party Liability (TPL).

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. lf the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

For holders of a Florida driver license, mileage is limited to '150 miles per day. For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.50 USD per mile will apply.

Third Farty Liability (TPL), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be declined, if the renter can provide his/ her own insurance. Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page. Local renters are allowed to use their own coverage only if it is supplied by the following company(ies): State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State, lnfinity.
Otherwise, the renter will be required to purchase TPL and CDW for an additional charge.

Deposit will be blocked on customer's credit card until the end of the rental period. ln the event that extra insurance is purchased, the deposit might be reduced or even not be blocked on the customer's credit card.

Service outside normal business hours is not available. Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
